We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

3. Who we share data with

  • Sellers and companies your request is addressed to. If you request an invoice or a call from a specific seller, your contact details and request are passed to that company, which then processes them as an independent controller under its own rules.
  • Processors that help run the site: the hosting provider (site and database), the e-mail delivery service, the administrator notification service (Telegram), and Google Analytics — only with your consent. They process data on our behalf and only for the stated purposes.
  • Public authorities — only in the cases and manner provided by the legislation of Georgia.

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

Some of these services may store data outside Georgia (for example, Google in the EU and the USA). Such transfers take place with appropriate data protection safeguards provided for by law, or with your consent.

4. How long we keep data

  • account and account data — for as long as the account exists; after deletion the data is erased, except where we are required by law to keep it;
  • requests (invoice, call-back, messages) — no longer than needed to respond and support the transaction, as a rule no more than 3 years;
  • advertising orders, invoices and payment documents — for the period required by the tax and accounting legislation of Georgia;
  • subscription — until you unsubscribe; after that your e-mail is removed from the mailing list;
  • consent log — while the consent is valid and for 3 years after it is withdrawn (to demonstrate lawful processing);
  • anti-spam and login protection data — up to 24 hours; server logs — under the hosting provider’s rules, no more than 12 months.
