Terms of use
Version 1.0. Effective from the date of publication on the site.
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms govern the use of pesticidy.ge (the “Site”). Site owner: pesticidy.ge (the “Administration”).
1.2. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. When registering an account you confirm your acceptance separately.
1.3. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy policy, and advertising by the Advertising terms.
2. What the Site provides
2.1. The Site is a reference catalogue of pesticides and agrochemicals registered in Georgia, based on the State Register of the National Food Agency of Georgia (NFA). It shows registration data, active ingredients, application regulations, analogues, manufacturers and sellers, lets you find a product by crop and target, and send a seller an invoice or call-back request.
2.2. The main features of the Site are free of charge. Only advertising is paid.
3. Nature of the information — important
3.1. Information on the Site is for reference only and is not an official publication of the State Register. Official information is held by the National Food Agency of Georgia.
3.2. Register data is updated regularly, but there may be a delay between a change in the register and its appearance on the Site, and errors may occur when data is transferred. English and Russian translations of crop names, targets and application methods are unofficial.
3.3. Before using any product, check the label (instructions) and the current State Register, and follow the application rates, pre-harvest intervals, safety measures and legal requirements. Consult a plant protection specialist if necessary.
3.4. The Site does not give individual advice and does not recommend using products outside the approved regulations.
3.5. If you find an error, please tell us: select the text and press Ctrl+Enter, or write to info@pesticidy.ge.
4. Registration and account
4.1. Some features (favourites, request history, company account) require registration. Provide accurate data and confirm your e-mail via the link in the message we send.
4.2. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken in your account. If you suspect someone else has gained access, change your password and let us know.
4.3. You can delete your account at any time in your account under “Data and deletion”.
4.4. The Administration may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms or the law.
5. Companies on the Site
5.1. Companies (manufacturers, registrants, sellers) register through the form on the Site; the registration is confirmed by the Administration after verification. The Administration may refuse confirmation.
5.2. A company is responsible for the accuracy of information about itself, its product range, prices and availability, and for the content of press releases and other materials it publishes. Materials are published after moderation.
5.3. A company that receives customer requests through the Site processes their personal data as an independent controller and must comply with the personal data protection legislation of Georgia.
6. Requests and purchases
6.1. The Site does not sell products and is not a party to any transaction between buyer and seller. An invoice or call-back request is forwarded to the selected seller (or to the Administration if no seller is selected).
6.2. Prices, availability, payment and delivery terms are set by the seller. The Administration is not responsible for the performance of obligations by sellers or buyers.
7. Rules of use
You must not:
- provide someone else’s or knowingly false data, or impersonate another person or company;
- send spam or publish unlawful, misleading or offensive material;
- advertise or offer for sale products that are not registered in Georgia;

8. Intellectual property
8.1. The design, software, texts, compilations and data structure of the Site belong to the Administration or are used by it lawfully.
8.2. State Register information is publicly available. Site materials may be quoted with an active link to the relevant pesticidy.ge page. Automated access to data is available through the API under the terms of its documentation.
9. Liability
9.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration strives for accuracy and uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies or interruptions.
9.2. To the extent permitted by the legislation of Georgia, the Administration is not liable for losses resulting from using Site information without checking the label and the State Register, for the actions of sellers and other users, or for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
10. Changes to the terms
The Administration may change these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page. By continuing to use the Site you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by a court of Georgia at the location of the Administration, unless the law provides otherwise.
